Land and Building Assets

This dataset contains records of all assets (land and/or buildings) that Lincolnshire County Council has an interest in - whether it be fully owned (freehold), fully leased or partially leased.

The dataset also indicates the use of the site, which committee manages the site, and its size and geographic location. It also shows whether the site has restrictions against it due to being in a conservation area or having Listed Building status.

The dataset is updated annually each January.
