School Admissions

This dataset shows school admissions, number of places offered for a given intake year at each school at annual National Offer Day (01 March - Secondary, and 16 April - Primary/Junior - these dates may vary slightly if occuring on a weekend).

The dataset shows:

• the total number of school places offered by preference (1 to 4) for each school

• the school's Pupil Admission Number (PAN), the maximum number of places available at the school for the intake year

• the total number of remaining free places, which is school places left after National Offer Day (that is, the school's PAN minus the total number of offers).
